NAPOLI - NAPLES - POMPEII - AMALFI
We didn't really spend any time in Naples but went directly to Pompeii where we toured the city with a private tour guide. After seeing the city we hired a driver to take us to Amalfi coast area.
POMPEII - Mt Vesuvius exploded in AD 79 to cover the city in two days. The city was under 27 feet of ash and dirt when it was rediscovered in 1748.
